Thanks to our expertise and reactivity, our customer was able to rely on the savoir-faire of our teams to dismantle his machine in record time. 🔹The challenge : Intervening in an incident means redefining every stage of the dismantling process. As one fire is not the same as another, the state of the components and the stability of each of them becomes unique and does not meet any standards. This project was approached in 4 stages : 1️⃣ Initial feasibility study based on drone photos to free up access to the machine and allow it to evolve in complete safety. 2️⃣ Machine inspection and feasibility study to define the dismantling process. 3️⃣ Cleaning, preparation and securing of the components to maintain their integrity and enable the experts to determine the causes of the fire. 4️⃣ Craneage and dismantling entirely managed by our team to control every aspect of the operations. 👨💻𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 Ahmed Orabi, 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 Ahmed is the team’s very own "Mr. Smile" – always in a great mood and radiating calmness. He describes himself as a friendly and talkative person, which perfectly complements his approachable personality. Graduated as a mechanical engineer, Ahmed built a wealth of experience working across the globe before transitioning into the role of Project Manager, specializing in marine surveys and offshore renewable energy. When he joined MDWind, his goal was to take on a Project Manager role. However, at MDWind, flexibility and opportunity go hand in hand. Through discussions, we discovered Ahmed’s exceptional potential to lead the tendering process. His combination of technical expertise and strong management skills made him a perfect fit for this more challenging role – one that aligns with his strengths and fuels his proactive spirit. Today, Ahmed plays a key role in our sales department. He is managing the tendering process, guiding his teams, and delivering effective solutions to our clients.
